InPost Group is hiring a SAP PTP VIM Consultant (f/m/n)

InPost Group is looking for an SAP PTP VIM Consultant (f/m/n) to own the design, implementation, and ongoing development of our SAP Vendor Invoice Management systems. You will be responsible for optimizing accounts payable processes, integrating with other SAP modules, and developing new capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and develop solutions for the SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) system.
• Analyze, optimize, and create legal documentation for Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Install, test, and integrate the SAP VIM system with other SAP FI and MM modules.
• Prepare final implementation solutions, conduct user training, and provide final project training.
• Collaborate with design and application teams on functional and technical aspects.
• Partner with business teams to identify needs and customize system solutions.
• Provide direct end-user support for application usage.
• Build AI-oriented functionalities within the platform.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP, including practical work with SAP VIM.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation projects and/or rollouts.
• Strong background in finance and accounting, specifically P2P and AP processes.
• Knowledge of intercompany processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori solutions.
• Ability to analyze business case studies and propose alternatives.
• Practical skills with project tools like MS Office and project management systems.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Polish.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP MM.
• Basic understanding of SAP Security (permissions, roles, authorizations).
• Proficiency in other languages used by the InPost Group, such as Spanish or French.
• Prior experience with AI tools and knowledge of LLMs.
