dr. Fuchs Personalberatung KG is hiring an SAP Project Lead France (f/m/d) to oversee the full lifecycle of SAP projects for our customers in France and BeNeLux. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and develop strategies to ensure their success while collaborating widely across our organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end SAP projects, including SAP transformations and data migrations, for our customers in France and BeNeLux.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement Customer Success strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with business departments across our CEU regions, internal IT teams, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks proactively, and report to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management standards and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience managing IT projects, specifically related to SAP transformations and data migration.
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management within large-scale IT projects.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent language skills in French and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
Nice to Have
- Experience in migrations to S/4HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module.
