What You'll Do
Work directly with operational teams to identify, define, and refine business needs related to maintenance and repair processes. Translate these into functional designs within SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules. Lead configuration efforts, ensuring integration across relevant SAP components and adherence to enterprise standards.
Own end-to-end delivery for small to medium-sized initiatives—from requirements gathering through testing and deployment. Coordinate integration and user acceptance testing to verify system behavior aligns with business goals. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT and operations, ensuring traceability and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, support ongoing platform stability, and guide improvements in MRO service order processing. Lead training sessions, manage change requests, and contribute to documentation that supports audit readiness and knowledge transfer.
