What You'll Do
Support core financial operations by managing the full lifecycle of revenue and cash flow activities, from sales order to invoicing and payment processing. You'll analyze and reconcile transactions, resolve cash application discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Process incoming payments and apply unapplied cash to resolve open items, ensuring timely resolution of suspense accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and streamline billing workflows. Your work will contribute to improved working capital and greater visibility into financial performance.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting operations, specifically within order to cash functions. Proficiency in financial reconciliation, transaction processing, and cash application is essential. You're comfortable receiving structured guidance and working independently within a defined scope.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to interpret operational data are key. You must have intermediate English language skills (B1 level) and demonstrated experience in accounting operations at a professional level.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Dalian, requiring participation in rotational shifts to support continuous operations. You’ll operate as an individual contributor within a structured team environment, with regular interaction among peers and limited client-facing responsibilities.
