The SAP Manufacturing & Planning Team Lead at DyFlex Solutions will lead a team of consultants in delivering SAP Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Supply Chain Planning solutions. This senior leadership role is responsible for owning end-to-end delivery, guiding digital transformation, and ensuring alignment with best practice manufacturing and planning processes within SAP environments.
What You'll Do
- Champion growth of SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning capabilities aligned with the DyFlex Digital Supply Chain strategy
- Lead a team delivering SAP Manufacturing and Planning solutions, providing coaching, guidance and quality oversight
- Lead full-cycle implementations across Manufacturing and Planning workstreams from discovery through to go-live and aftercare
- Translate manufacturing and planning requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions aligned to operational best practice
- Contribute to solution design and review across SAP Digital Supply Chain modules focusing on SAP Manufacturing in S/4HANA Cloud ERP and S/4HANA Cloud ERP – Private, SAP IBP, SAP PP/DS, SAP Quality Management and SAP Digital Manufacturing
- Facilitate workshops to define end-to-end processes across production, materials, capacity planning and shop-floor execution
- Oversee solution design, configuration standards, documentation quality and delivery methodology within the team
- Manage delivery planning including resourcing, prioritisation, stakeholder communication and project governance
- Support testing strategy and execution including SIT/UAT, defect triage, and cutover planning activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations to related solutions (e.g., IBP, EWM, QM, PM, SAP Digital Manufacturing or interfaces)
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimise operational outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering SAP Manufacturing and Planning solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DS
- Demonstrated consulting experience delivering end-to-end implementations across the project lifecycle
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including planning, scheduling, execution, capacity and materials management
- Experience leading teams or acting as a workstream lead, with a focus on coaching and delivery quality
- Strong workshop facilitation, process design, and functional documentation skills
- Experience supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across operations, IT and leadership teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance delivery, leadership and customer outcomes
- Passion for capability uplift, standardisation and continuous improvement aligned to modern SAP Manufacturing and Planning practices
