About the Role
The consultant will work on SAP HCM modules, delivering solutions that meet client needs through system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules according to client specifications
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Support end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM solutions
- Develop and execute test plans for system functionality and integration
- Assist in data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP
- Provide expertise on payroll, benefits, organizational management, and personnel administration
- Document system configurations and solution designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical developers and functional analysts
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Participate in project planning and timeline estimation
- Deliver post-go-live support and system maintenance
- Stay current with SAP HCM updates and new functionalities
- Support integration with other SAP modules such as FI and CO
