Recruit 121 Group is hiring an SAP GTS Team Lead to take on disciplinary and functional leadership responsibility for an SAP GTS team while shaping global SAP projects within our established IT and management consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for an SAP GTS team.
- Take responsibility for project timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Manage escalations and find solutions for project-related problems.
- Steer goals, resources, and team utilization.
- Drive strategic personnel development and collaborate with international teams.
- Organize and conduct team training sessions.
- Support presales activities and the further development of the GTS portfolio.
- Implement strategic measures in close coordination with specialist departments.
- Ensure project quality and continuous team qualification.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in an SAP GTS environment.
- Leadership experience or strong motivation to lead and develop a team.
- Project management competence and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a structured working style.
- Residence in Germany.
