Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple SAP EDI projects from initial planning to final deployment.
- Lead collaboration among teams spanning business, application, integration, architecture, and support.
- Enforce project governance, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects meet defined goals for scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Manage interdependencies and align activities across various project streams.
- Produce status reports, steering committee briefings, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Lead projects involving B2B integrations with customers and suppliers.
- Lead projects involving B2G integrations with government tax authorities.
- Lead projects implementing electronic processes such as e-Invoicing, e-Ordering, e-Dispatch, e-Transport, and e-Signature.
- Coordinate end-to-end solution delivery between SAP and middleware teams.
- Support efforts in estimation, project planning, budgeting, and technical evaluations.
- Work closely with PMO, business units, architecture groups, and application managers.
- Manage communication with stakeholders across regional and global levels.
- Facilitate workshops, project reviews, training sessions, and governance meetings.
