About the Role

Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP modules related to customer service and project management
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support end-to-end implementation of SAP systems from analysis to go-live
- Conduct system testing and resolve configuration issues
- Document functional specifications and solution designs
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams
- Troubleshoot and support post-implementation issues
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure integration with backend systems
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
- Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Assist in data migration and validation activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP CS and PM functionalities
- Support change management processes during system rollouts
- Coordinate with project managers to track progress and risks
- Deliver user acceptance testing support
- Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
- Produce status reports and project documentation
- Assist in defining key performance indicators for system success
