We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI / CI-DS Consultant to design, implement, and maintain integration flows and data management processes within hybrid cloud environments. You will play a key role in building and optimizing ETL workflows, managing CI-DS jobs, and ensuring seamless data exchange between on-premise and cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI
- Design and manage CI-DS jobs, data transformation logic, and ETL pipelines
- Set up and maintain integration adapters including HTTPS, SFTP, IDoc, SOAP, and OData
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements
- Support end-to-end delivery including testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live assistance
- Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across all integration layers
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SAP CPI development, monitoring, and error handling
- Strong background in SAP CI-DS or CPI-DS, including ETL design and data mapping
- Familiarity with integration patterns, API management, and security protocols
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, IBP, or similar cloud and on-premise systems
- Knowledge of common adapter types such as IDoc, SOAP, OData, and SFTP
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP BTP services, particularly API Management
- Experience integrating systems like SuccessFactors, Ariba, ECC, or flat file interfaces
- Background in multi-system integration scenarios across heterogeneous environments
