Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive Salesforce architectures that support intricate business operations.
- Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and follow Salesforce-recommended guidelines.
- Develop clear architecture diagrams, data management approaches, and integration models.
- Plan and implement integration with external platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, along with middleware tools like MuleSoft and Boomi.
- Make authoritative decisions on Apex development, Lightning Web Components, API usage, and integration layers.
- Implement data governance policies, define migration plans, and optimize system performance.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams on Apex, LWC, and declarative configuration.
- Perform code reviews and uphold standards for security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure all implementations adhere to Salesforce governor limits and security protocols.
- Enhance system performance for environments with high data volume.
- Plan and oversee data migration, including field mappings and load order.
- Define and enforce coding standards, reusable design patterns, and compliance with platform constraints.
- Lead DevOps initiatives and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, and Gearset.
- Evaluate and improve system performance, scalability, and system reliability.
- Review and approve technical artifacts including Apex code, triggers, batch processes, LWCs, and integration logic.
- Support testing phases including system validation, performance evaluation, and user acceptance testing.
- Keep architecture and technical design documentation current and comprehensive.
