Strive Health is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that enhance our healthcare services.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with care model and business needs.
Develop and implement custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and team members to refine business requirements through user stories.

What We're Looking For

Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud platform development.
Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust solutions tailored to the healthcare domain.
A strong technical background and a passion for leveraging Salesforce technology.
Ability to lead solution design and architecture.
