Strive Health is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that enhance our healthcare services.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with care model and business needs.
- Develop and implement custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and team members to refine business requirements through user stories.

- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud platform development.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust solutions tailored to the healthcare domain.
- A strong technical background and a passion for leveraging Salesforce technology.
- Ability to lead solution design and architecture.
