Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise Salesforce architectures
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance across environments
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements
- Translate business needs into technical Salesforce solutions
- Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance
- Establish coding standards and best practices
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption
- Support release management and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Design custom Apex applications and Lightning components
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
- Monitor system health and performance metrics
- Lead technical documentation efforts
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices within Salesforce teams
- Work with security teams to enforce access controls
- Optimize Salesforce configurations and data models
- Support user acceptance testing and validation
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners
