AHEAD is seeking a Salesforce Scrum Master to support our Digital Operations Group. You will act as a servant-leader, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments to enable the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one or more Salesforce development teams.
- Coach team members on Scrum principles and self-organization.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team velocity and delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment for continuous improvement.
- Track and communicate team progress through metrics and artifacts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for Salesforce implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform concepts and project lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience coaching distributed, remote teams.
- A relevant Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.).
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
