About the Role
The developer will be responsible for customizing and extending Salesforce functionality to support enterprise operations, integrating with external systems, and improving platform usability through automation and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and APIs
- Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing Salesforce instances
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical specifications
- Implement security and compliance standards within the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in development and production
- Write technical documentation for implemented solutions
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Ensure data integrity through proper validation and error handling
- Automate business processes using Flow and Process Builder
- Manage version control and deployment using change management tools
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Optimize performance of custom applications and reports
- Support user training and system adoption initiatives
- Monitor system usage and recommend improvements
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts
- Work with authentication and single sign-on mechanisms
- Extend platform functionality using Lightning Web Components
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations
