You'll be joining a team dedicated to building a world-class Salesforce platform that connects with customers across the spectrum — from emerging Web3 projects to massive enterprise partners. This isn't your typical Salesforce gig. We need someone who can do more than just code — you'll be bridging sales activity with product delivery, surfacing critical account insights, and reimagining how our internal teams collaborate through smart, integrated tooling. We're looking for a Salesforce pro who can think beyond the platform, solve real business challenges, and move at blockchain speed. **Your Impact** - Design scalable workflows for Sales-to-Product handoff, including Jira integrations and backend deployment triggers that ensure precise and timely product configuration requests - Build integrations that pull product usage, financial, legal, and engineering data into Salesforce, transforming it into our comprehensive account context system - Boost Salesforce adoption by replacing fragmented tools (goodbye, Google Sheets!) with intuitive flows, custom interfaces, and smart automations - Translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce solutions — from initial user stories through development, testing, and documentation - Optimize and consolidate internal tooling to slash complexity, reduce licensing costs, and eliminate manual operations **Skills & Qualifications** - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including Apex, Flow, and custom UI/LWC component work - Proven track record of owning and delivering full lifecycle projects, especially integration-heavy initiatives with Jira, Slack, or external APIs - Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder certifications - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data model design - Experience building integrations via middleware tools like Workato or direct REST API calls **Preferred Qualifications** - Background in GTM Operations and systems integration - Experience consolidating cross-departmental data for comprehensive account reporting - Skills in improving internal tooling to boost Salesforce adoption - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps solutions like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX - Passion for learning, leveraging latest Salesforce features and AI productivity tools - Experience integrating Salesforce with systems like Workato, Slack, JIRA, Zendesk, DocuSign, and more - Background migrating key processes from external systems into Salesforce - Comfort building secure solutions in regulated environments - Interest or experience in blockchain/Web3 technologies *All roles at Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
