Johnson Controls Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Developer to oversee the daily support and administration of our Salesforce CRM and PRM activities. You will lead and coordinate with technical leads and DevOps teams to deliver solutions within an agile environment, collaborating across functions to ensure delivery meets business needs.

What You'll Do

Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce to extend Salesforce functionality for business requirements.
Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with external systems used across the organization.
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
Take ownership of release cycles and coordinate with the Release Manager to implement and deploy new/updated applications and code.
Collaborate with IT and developers for other systems to integrate across the business.
Support the Salesforce Administrator.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system and infrastructure changes.
Work with web and mobile systems integrated with various platforms such as ERP and SFDC.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer 1 Certifications are required.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including use of JIRA or similar tools.
Experience with Jira or a similar tool for ticket handling and reporting.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders globally.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Leadership experience, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Fluent English (must).
