Modern Family Law is hiring a Salesforce Developer to support our dynamic team in providing superior service to clients. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, managing integrations, and providing system administration support.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices.
• Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the Salesforce application.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other technologies.
• Build Salesforce integrations with third-party services and craft APIs.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
• Collaborate with other developers to design cohesive and optimized APIs.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting of applications built on Salesforce.
• Document and maintain the functionality of applications developed in Salesforce.
• Continuously improve the platform, enhancing performance, and ensuring security and reliability.
• Review the work of other developers to ensure adherence to standards.
• Interact directly with users, managers, and other stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements.
• Provide system administration support for user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II).
• Proven experience with the Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Community Portal.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
• Experience working on complex projects with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High-level knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Zoom Conferencing Technology.
• Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a productive workstation.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to handle routine or emergent issues.
• Must reside in Texas or Colorado.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in Texas or Colorado.
