Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is hiring a Salesforce Application Architect to oversee enhancements to our Salesforce CRM throughout the entire software development lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate with users and leadership to gather requirements and design solutions that drive continuous improvement of our CRM platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and process reengineering sessions.
- Map functional requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions across multiple cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain technical solutions and documentation.
- Advise business on CRM strategy roadmap, balancing long-term strategy with quick wins.
- Manage solution documentation, conduct testing, and ensure sustainment activities so that all project deliverables meet expectations.
What We're Looking For
- At least one Salesforce Architect certification (Application Architect or System Architect).
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce implementation, design, and configuration.
- 5+ years data modeling, including principles, sharing, and visibility within Salesforce.
- 5+ years integration and system architecture, implementing middleware technologies, defining integration patterns (REST APIs, ETL, Platform Events), and connecting Salesforce to third-party apps and databases.
- 5+ years development and deployment, including DevOps, CI/CD, release management, source control, quality checks, and deployments.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, or Order Management Specialist, Field Service Consultant.
- Project management experience.
