Responsibilities
- Lead sessions to gather business requirements, conduct analysis, and redesign processes
- Translate functional needs into scalable Salesforce architectures spanning multiple cloud environments
- Develop and maintain technical implementations along with comprehensive documentation
- Provide strategic guidance on CRM direction, aligning long-term goals with immediate opportunities
Compensation
Annual salary range of $125,000–$140,000 CAD, eligible for bonus or incentive pay. No compensation is earned until vested and determinable. Benefits and pay may be adjusted at company's discretion.
