About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end technical direction of a growing Salesforce platform, serving as the central hub for engagement and system orchestration. Design and implement robust, future-ready architectures that connect Salesforce with core enterprise systems including AWS, NetSuite, and BambooHR.

Define integration strategies using APIs, event-driven patterns, and microservices to ensure resilience, scalability, and observability. Establish and enforce architectural standards across development, configuration, and deployment workflows. Maintain hands-on involvement in Apex and LWC development, while guiding integration design and cloud infrastructure optimization.

Oversee security models, environment management, and permission structures within Salesforce. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting practices to support operational reliability. Champion CI/CD pipelines, version control strategies, and release governance across internal teams and external vendors. Ensure traceability and rollback readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Act as the technical anchor for engineering teams and third-party partners. Review designs, challenge assumptions, and uphold architectural integrity. Mentor developers and product teams to strengthen technical depth across the organization. Leverage AI tools to enhance code quality, automate reviews, and maintain documentation discipline.
