Accurate Background is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology – Technical Operations department. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and configure the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, security, and data management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
