Accurate Background is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology – Technical Operations department. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
What You'll Do
- Administer and configure the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, security, and data management.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
