CVS Health is seeking a Sales Support professional dedicated to our existing business channel to help transform healthcare. In this role, you will assist brokers with the contracting and certification process, handle enrollments, answer product questions, and resolve escalated issues.
What You'll Do
- Assist brokers with the contracting and certification process.
- Handle broker enrollments.
- Answer specific product questions from brokers.
- Assist with escalated broker issues.
- Travel to broker meetings upon request (up to 25%).
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of health insurance related experience supporting Brokers.
- Must live in Pacific or Mountain time zone (Pacific time zone preferred).
Nice to Have
- Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License (must license within 6 months if no license at hire).
- Experience in a production environment.
- Medicare Advantage experience.
- Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Broker Service Department but is dedicated to the appropriate market.
