Nutrien Ag Solutions is hiring an Administration professional to provide dedicated support for livestock sales processing, administration, and customer service. You will be a key part of our team based at the Bunbury, WA branch, ensuring smooth administrative operations across livestock activities at the Boyanup saleyard.
What You'll Do
- Attend sale days processing livestock sales and administration both on site and at the office.
- Perform all aspects of Livestock Administration, including advertising for on-farm sales and preparing signage, brochures, and ad-hoc collateral.
- Coordinate all NLIS transfers, ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
- Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Manage vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all livestock transactions.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Handle livestock-related enquiries for the Saleyards and surrounding region.
- Collect and process all livestock reports and share them with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with ad hoc livestock activities where needed.
What We're Looking For
- Direct experience handling livestock.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A current and clean full driver’s license.
