Lead and manage sales operations within assigned territories, focusing on achieving targets, expanding distribution, and building strong retail relationships. Oversee team performance, execute trade strategies, and ensure compliance with sales standards to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise sales team activities to ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance
  • Train and coach sales representatives to improve effectiveness
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with distribution teams to optimize product availability
  • Execute promotional campaigns in line with marketing strategy
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports
  • Identify new sales channels and expansion opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly
  • Ensure adherence to pricing and discount guidelines
  • Support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals
  • Drive execution of field sales standards
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or supervisory roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and distribution networks
  • Experience in managing retail or field sales teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights
  • Valid driver's license for field travel
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in fast-moving consumer goods industry
