About the Role

The Sales Suite Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing the execution of events within the permanent and pop-up suites or premium seating areas at the National Western Center in Denver, Colorado. This role operates within Hybrid, a startup-minded organization dedicated to creating vibrant, year-round experiences in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

What You'll Do

  • Prospecting new clients and generating leads for sales suites.
  • Conducting sales presentations and tours that showcase the suites.
  • Looking at creative off time uses for suites.
  • Negotiating pricing and contracts for suite rentals.
  • Meeting sales suite goals and objectives.
  • Coordinating all aspects of suite events, including catering, staffing and logistics.
  • Working with catering to ensure high quality food and beverages.
  • Managing event set up, execution and post event breakdown.
  • Quick response and troubleshooting of issues that might arise during events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Tracking and managing materials like booked events, attendance, upcoming events to sell inventory to potential clients.
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise and working with ticketing that all information is correct prior to events.
  • Looking at VIP packages to include possible VIP parking options for Suite sales.
  • Working with partners as needed and departments as well to make sure things are running smoothly and objectives established by the COO.

Compensation range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, offering a mix of on-site and remote work for flexibility and balance.
