LKQ Corporation is looking for a Sales Retail Counter associate to be the face of our retail location. In this role, you will create a positive experience for every walk-in and phone customer through friendly service, efficient transaction processing, and accurate order coordination.
What You'll Do
- Personally greet every customer and maintain friendly contact throughout their shopping experience.
- Implement suggestive selling techniques and assist with problem-solving at checkout.
- Maintain orderly files, clean transaction records, and an accurate cash drawer.
- Observe inventory changes to ensure minimum stock levels and an appropriate store showroom appearance.
- Coordinate orders from the warehouse to ensure timely readiness for customers.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of experience required.
- A strong customer service background.
Nice to Have
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
- Two to three years of prior customer service relations.
