Hall CPA LLC is looking for a Sales Representative focused on tax and accounting services. In this role, you will conduct discovery meetings with qualified leads to discuss tax planning and accounting solutions for real estate investors. You will proactively source new opportunities and close deals to achieve sales goals in a 100% virtual environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct discovery meetings with qualified inbound leads to understand client pain points and identify how our services deliver value.
- Become an expert in the firm’s service offerings and clearly communicate how we solve clients’ challenges.
- Analyze and understand client needs, presenting relevant solutions.
- Route complex opportunities to the appropriate executives for further development and closure as needed.
- Close deals with prospective clients and consistently achieve quarterly sales goals.
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and tapping into our existing lead list.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest by creating tailored outreach strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven success in inside sales, with a strong track record of exceeding goals.
- Professional video presence, with experience managing 7+ calls per day.
- Experience utilizing Hubspot, ClickUp, or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $50,000 - $130,000 (Salary + Commission)
- Laptop and $500 tech reimbursement for computer and tech accessories provided.
