Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a Junior Recruiter to join our Global recruitment department. In this role, you will support various projects for major pharmaceutical companies, sourcing and interviewing candidates while developing long-term talent relationships. Our focus is on delivering solutions that enhance personalized communication throughout the patient and provider journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, adapting workflows based on client requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms, professional networks, and job boards.
- Conduct phone and video interviews, screening calls, and assessments, providing feedback into the system.
- Register, apply, and score online tests according to the position being covered.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Manage open positions in different regions internationally.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle as a Recruiter or in Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Relevant education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for profiles such as Commercial Agents, Customer Support Representatives, Project Managers, Health Care Professionals, and IT Professionals.
- International recruiting experience.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of another language will be an asset.
