As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in driving international talent acquisition for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Working remotely from Spain, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment, adapting your approach to meet diverse client needs across EMEA, North America, Latin America, and APAC.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes, adjusting workflows based on project requirements.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone and video interviews, perform candidate assessments, and document feedback efficiently.
- Administer and evaluate online tests tailored to specific job roles.
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review, organize, and score candidate profiles.
- Maintain connections with potential candidates to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Support hiring needs across multiple time zones, with flexibility to shift focus between regions as demand changes.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, and social sourcing techniques.
- Experience with ATS tools and digital assessment systems.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of organizational roles across functions like IT, customer support, healthcare, and project management.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience hiring for commercial, technical, and healthcare roles.
- Exposure to international recruitment processes.
Preferred Skills
- Additional language proficiency beyond English is a plus.
