Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the human resources team to improve recruitment processes.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the human resources team as needed.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
