Solventum is looking for a Sales Representative for Medical Surgical to achieve sales goals at assigned accounts in Seoul, Korea. You will develop and maintain customer relationships to support commercialization and long-term growth, partnering closely with healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales goals at assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders to support successful commercialization and long-term growth.
- Present product features and benefits to clinical call points utilizing proper sales technique (probing, qualifying, needs assessment, supporting and closing).
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 1+ years of sales experience in hospital market with medical devices or pharmaceutical product.
- Basic knowledge of theories and practices, applied to one discipline, within the sales function.
- Ability to request and receive necessary support from team members and departments, and to solve problems on their own.
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user).
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to Have
- OR & Surgeon sales experience.
