Requirements
- You are a native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in B2B software sales, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or vertical industry software.
- You have strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, managing full sales cycles, and closing deals.
- You understand general business processes—purchasing, stock management, sales, invoicing—or are familiar with operational workflows in rental or asset management businesses.
- You can visualise the full scope of a sales opportunity, anticipate objections, and navigate complex decision-making environments.
- You’re data-driven—comfortable managing sales pipelines, analysing activity metrics, and using insights to optimise performance.
- You're confident delivering product demonstrations, whether online or in person, and tailoring your message to different audiences.
- You have experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into the rental or equipment hire industry.
- Experience working with remote or international teams.
- Understanding of software implementation processes.

- You’re willing to travel across Germany for client meetings, events, and exhibitions (typically several trips per month).
