Nationale-Nederlanden is seeking a Sales Quality Control and Risk Detection Specialist to enhance the integrity and quality of our sales operations. In this role, you will analyze data to uncover deviations and risks, directly impacting fraud detection and sales process improvement through clear, actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Analyze information and data related to sales quality and control mechanisms.
- Identify anomalies or risk patterns that may indicate incorrect practices.
- Verify findings and add context from internal information sources.
- Prepare clear, factual, and structured summaries.
- Perform sales quality checks and participate in distribution monitoring.
- Evaluate qualitative parameters and prepare reports.
- Verify individual cases related to suspicion of mis-selling or other irregularities.
- Work with basic outputs from Power BI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to explain findings.
- Propose process improvements and support automation.
