About the Role
This position is responsible for managing patient interactions, supporting the sales process, and maintaining high levels of service quality in a virtual healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone and email
- Guide potential patients through service onboarding steps
- Track and update patient records in the internal system
- Coordinate scheduling for initial consultations
- Follow up with patients post-consultation to assess satisfaction
- Assist in identifying patient needs and matching them with appropriate services
- Support sales team with data entry and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Monitor patient journey to identify service improvements
- Escalate complex cases to designated team members
- Provide accurate information about service offerings and availability
- Update CRM with interaction notes and outcomes
- Assist in resolving service-related concerns
- Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse patient groups
- Adhere to compliance and privacy standards in all interactions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Meet performance metrics related to response time and patient satisfaction
- Maintain consistent work hours within a defined time window
- Use digital tools to manage tasks and workflows
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Nice to Have
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in sales coordination or medical administration
- Knowledge of HIPAA or similar privacy regulations
- Bilingual communication skills
- Prior experience in telehealth or virtual care settings
