Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all active implementations and proof-of-concept projects from initial planning through deployment and launch.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of product technology and conduct demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business objectives and product specifications into tailored customer solutions.
- Create and refine customer success resources, and partner with sales account managers to improve onboarding processes and materials.
- Manage geographically distributed client relationships and lead discovery efforts to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of customer satisfaction and high-quality project execution.
