Ofload is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to play a foundational role in building and supporting our commercial operations. What You'll Do
- Support the creation and maintenance of revenue forecasts and pipeline reports
- Track and analyse key revenue and go-to-market metrics, including lead conversion, sales velocity, and churn
- Assist in managing and improving RevOps systems and tools, such as HubSpot, to drive operational efficiency
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to align data and streamline processes
- Support territory planning, sales quota monitoring, and compensation tracking
- Contribute to monthly performance reports and board-level business updates
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for business growth
What We're Looking For
- Recent Graduate in Business, Commerce, Maths, or a related field
- Analytical thinking: strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Commercial acumen: understands the end-to-end revenue engines and how data influences business outcomes
- Tech-savvy: includes Excel and modelling skills, plus the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
- Attention to detail: maintains high standards for data accuracy and process consistency
- Communication: clearly presents findings and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration: works well across teams, building trust with sales, marketing, and customer teams
- Initiative: proactive in identifying problems and recommending solutions without being prompted
- Time management: effectively prioritises multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
