About the Role

TP-Link Systems Inc. is hiring an East Regional Sales Engineer focused on Tier 3 and 4 Internet Service Providers (ISPs). In this role, you will be responsible for the technical pre-sales and post-sales engineering that ensures the successful deployment and integration of TP-Link hardware and software solutions. You will begin as a Player/Coach with strategic plans to hire additional Pre-Sales Engineers to accelerate growth.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for both the internal sales team and customers during the sales process.
  • Architect and customize TP-Link solutions to meet specific ISP network requirements.
  • Create and conduct technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Assist partners and ISPs with implementation and troubleshooting, acting as the primary project manager for all lab and field trials.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support trials and relay field insights and customer requirements.
  • Create and deliver training sessions to ISP technical teams and partners.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or network engineering role, preferably supporting ISPs.
  • Strong networking knowledge (Layer 2/3).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with broadband and wireless technologies.

You will begin as a 'Player/Coach' and strategically hire Pre-Sales Engineers to accelerate growth.

  • Compensation range: $140K - $160K.
