About the Role

Hire Overseas is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize our CRM, create insightful reports, and streamline sales processes to drive revenue. You will analyze sales data, build dashboards, and coordinate between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

What You'll Do

  • Keep Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems clean and optimized
  • Build dashboards and automated reports for leadership
  • Track key metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance
  • Streamline workflows from lead generation to deal closure
  • Create sales forecasts and support quota planning
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and customer success teams

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales operations or business analysis, beyond general administrative work
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Proven track record creating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to leadership clearly

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Background in a B2B sales environment supporting sales teams directly
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management experience
  • Cross-functional project coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Previous experience working in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) companies
