Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is looking for a Sales & Operations Planning Manager to implement a solid and consistent S&OP process for the Grid Integration Supply Chain Management team. You will focus on both material and resource planning to enable efficient operations in a supply-driven market.
What You'll Do
- Implement the SCM Sales & Operations Planning, including the creation and implementation of required processes, procedures, and tools.
- Focus on both Material and Resource planning, the latter concerning internal and external resources needed to meet customer expectations.
- Execute the annual Supply Chain budgeting spent plan with each Global Product Group and Hub Business Unit SCM Manager.
- Actively support all critical Suppliers Capacity Reservation Agreements and negotiations.
- Implement the SCM Sales & Operations Planning for the three Global Product Groups within Grid Integration: HVDC, GPQSS, and SEMI.
- Work in alignment across different Business Units to achieve a cohesive S&OP implementation across Hitachi Energy.
- Develop S&OP based on SAP S4Hana to improve internal processes and demand forecasts.
- Indirectly lead a team of resources dedicated to SCM S&OP, ensuring proper organization, staffing, and skill development.
- Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- More than 10 years of experience in an equivalent industry with a proven track record of successful S&OP implementation.
- In-depth, successful experience implementing global Sales and Operations Planning in large, international organizations.
- Previous leadership experience in strategy creation for supply base management or Material Planning functions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills within global organizations.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Knowledge of specialized S&OP software/platforms and S/4Hana.
- Customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships and inspire others.
- Fluent in English.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Grid Integration Supply Chain core team and indirectly lead a team of resources dedicated to SCM S&OP. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Management for Grid Integration.
