Pearl Talent is hiring a Sales Operations Lead (A286) to optimize sales and patient intake operations for a medical devices and healthcare services client. This role is highly hands-on and execution-driven, responsible for improving conversion, reducing cycle time, and elevating patient experience while maintaining strict compliance standards.
What You'll Do
- Own and deeply understand the CRM, including pipelines, fields, automations, and cross-team handoffs.
- Design, build, and iterate end-to-end sales and patient intake workflows to improve speed and conversion.
- Enforce CRM usage standards, data integrity, and pipeline hygiene across teams.
- Develop and maintain lead attribution logic and forecasting visibility across the full lifecycle.
- Establish compliant communication guardrails that support empathetic, relationship-driven conversations.
- Translate compliance-approved documentation into natural sales and intake messaging.
- Review calls, messages, and workflows to identify friction and ensure compliance adherence.
- Support sales and intake teams through messaging and process improvements without direct people management.
- Monitor, QA, and optimize automated email, SMS, drip campaigns, and AI-driven phone agents.
- Ensure accurate lead routing, follow-up timing, and seamless handoff between automation and humans.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to responsibly expand automation while protecting trust and compliance.
- Define and enforce KPIs across activity, response time, conversion, revenue, and cycle time.
- Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and scorecards for funnel visibility and bottleneck detection.
- Produce recurring insights and recommendations for sales leadership.
- Identify systemic issues and personally execute continuous performance improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience owning and improving sales or revenue operations in a complex, high-touch environment.
- Hands-on CRM administration experience, including pipeline design, automations, and reporting.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and personally implement operational changes.
- Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Strong analytical skills with deep familiarity with sales KPIs and funnel analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication with high emotional intelligence.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or sensitive consumer services.
- Exposure to AI-driven sales tools or conversational AI systems.
- Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus but not required).
