Medtronic is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the launch of CathWorks in the US and future commercialization within the CRDN business. In this role, you will act as a lead in facilitating engagement with sales, clinical, and cross-functional teams, providing analytics and sales informatics to drive strategy and process innovation.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Management, and cross-functional partners to support the execution of strategies driving sales results, productivity, and success for US CRDN OU.
- Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships to improve operations and align sales processes.
- Develop programs to increase demand for CRDN products/services and collaborate on program design and implementation.
- Drive the execution of tactics to be implemented by the sales team and cross-functional partners.
- Provide guidance to the sales organization by leading the communication and execution of sales and marketing strategy and resources.
- Establish effective relationships and collaborate with field personnel to address key customer issues and ensure the voice of the customer is paramount.
- Engage business partners in Marketing, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal functions to standardize CRDN processes and streamline field metrics.
- Provide leadership for data integrity processes to maximize utilization of sales analytics and eliminate duplicate records.
- Engage partners in CRDN Training, HR, and IT to successfully execute sales onboard process.
- Develop metrics to assess effectiveness and execution of business development strategies and programs.
- Provide input in the development of key business plans to drive excellence in customer focus.
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure sales force optimization and maximization of US business profitability.
- Ensure the company’s ethical position is maintained and effectively communicate and manage business conduct policies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Finance.
- 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Previous experience in the medical device business.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SFDC and Tableau platforms.
