Company is hiring a Technology and Reporting Analyst to support our critical Open Reporting program, a key component of the global Ethics & Compliance framework. In this role, you will configure, customize, and optimize reporting solutions to enable enterprise-wide transparency and accountability.

What You'll Do

Configure and maintain our Open Reporting SaaS solution, including Case IQ and YellowFin.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings to align with business needs and data governance policies.
Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to optimize platform usability, integration, and scalability.
Research, design, and implement innovative methods for analyzing Open Reporting data to enhance decision-making and support compliance objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into reported concerns, trends, and resolution status.
Conduct regular audits of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Translate business requirements into reporting specifications and ensure timely delivery of insights to leadership.
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and report frequency.
Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to vendors or internal IT teams.
Participate in testing and rolling out new features or system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and retention policies.
Act as the subject matter expert for the Open Reporting system and its reporting capabilities.
Train end users on navigating reports and interpreting results.
Develop clear documentation, including user guides and reporting standards.
Engage across functions to implement unified and centralized reporting solutions.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in reporting analysis, business intelligence, or system configuration, preferably in compliance, HR, or risk domains.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with enterprise data sources (HRIS, CRM, ticketing systems) and data integration methods like APIs and ETL.
Experience working with confidential and sensitive data.
Understanding of compliance, ethics, or corporate integrity programs.
Experience with YellowFin.
