As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies within a high-growth alliances environment. Your work will center on transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive sales performance, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales forecasting models for new and renewal business, ensuring alignment with pipeline and activity targets
- Extract, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Design and automate recurring reports using modern analytics platforms to deliver timely, accurate insights
- Establish standardized processes across sales and GTM teams to improve consistency and scalability
- Define and track KPIs that measure the effectiveness of sales and alliance initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to assess performance, diagnose challenges, and recommend corrective actions
- Support territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota setting based on data-driven analysis
- Evaluate sales technology tools for effectiveness and return on investment
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and support initiatives to improve lead conversion and revenue generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Alliances, Finance, or Strategy, preferably in high-tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational reliability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Clari, or Power BI
