Atarim is hiring its first Sales Operations Administrator to ensure our sales team runs at peak efficiency. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will shape the future of sales operations, harnessing data to drive performance and empowering the sales team to close deals faster and smarter.
What You'll Do
- Implement and supervise sales workflows from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Own the CRM system (ideally HubSpot), maintaining data accuracy, automating workflows, and generating actionable insights to boost sales performance.
- Create and analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and leverage analytics tools to identify trends, optimize strategies, and forecast revenue.
- Document, educate, and train the sales team on CRM playbooks, templates, and workflows.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a frictionless customer experience.
- Create lead lists, prepare event-attendee lists, identify new opportunities, refine outreach strategies, and support lead qualification to drive pipeline growth.
- Utilize analytics and AI tools to optimize sales performance, track ROI, and drive continuous improvement across all sales operations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales operations or administration, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment, with a track record of streamlining processes and driving results.
- Skilled in CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools, with a knack for turning data into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in implementing scalable sales processes, with a focus on efficiency and automation.
- Detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment, balancing meticulous attention to detail with speed.
- Proficient in project management tools, G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets), and sales enablement platforms to streamline workflows.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, with the ability to build scalable systems and drive impact in a rapidly scaling company.
