Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, client consultation, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals for both individual and business clients.
- Develop and maintain key partnerships with professionals such as developers, architects, designers, and contractors throughout Mauritius.
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across digital, print, and event platforms to maximize return on investment.
- Organize and lead company presence at trade shows, real estate exhibitions, and sector-specific events to attract high-quality leads.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure proposed projects meet financial and scheduling requirements.
- Liaise with project management staff to ensure smooth transition from contract signing to project execution and installation.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring accurate sales pipeline tracking, timely follow-ups, and reliable revenue forecasting.
- Act as senior representative during client engagements, site inspections, and meetings with partners and stakeholders.
