Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team: Manage and coach a team of sales representatives responsible for converting inbound patient leads into consultations and procedures. Provide ongoing feedback, call coaching, and performance management to improve individual and team results.
- Own and optimize the sales funnel: Track and analyze key conversion metrics across the patient acquisition funnel. Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and continuously optimize processes to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
- Coach consultative sales conversations: Train representatives to guide patients through complex, high-consideration healthcare decisions with empathy, credibility, and clarity. Ensure conversations are informative, supportive, and aligned with Everself’s patient-first mission.
- Drive a strong performance culture: Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures that enable the team to perform at a high level. Monitor performance metrics and implement structured coaching and improvement plans when needed.
- Improve sales operations and workflows: Partner with Growth, Product, and Care Operations to improve lead routing, sales tools, messaging, and follow-up workflows. Continuously refine systems and processes to support scalable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, clinical, and care operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from first inquiry through consultation and procedure scheduling.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales environments
- 2-4+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams
- Proven experience managing sales funnels, conversion metrics, and KPIs
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with sales dashboards and performance data
- Experience coaching representatives in consultative, high-trust sales conversations
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical procedures
- Experience in high-consideration consumer sales (fertility, LASIK, cosmetic surgery, dental implants, etc.)
- Experience managing inbound or SDR sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Experience scaling or rebuilding a sales team
