Join i-PRO as a Sales Manager Nordics, responsible for developing sales through system integrators within Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Your focus will be on demand creation, identifying prospective partners, qualifying prospects, managing the full sales process, and closing new business.
What You'll Do
- Drive demand by creating a plan to achieve or exceed your sales targets.
- Qualify prospects and develop new opportunities to add to the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal resources such as Sales Engineers and other Sales Managers to create and close new business.
- Develop strategic relationships with external partners as a source of lead generation.
- Be meticulous with Salesforce and other pipeline management tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Participate on behalf of the company in relevant industry events.
- Deliver the i-PRO value proposition for our full suite of products and perform compelling software demonstrations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant industry/vertical experience in a sales role.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar function.
- Experience in the security industry is essential.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating new business opportunities.
- Capability to create content for presentations and proposals for clients with ease.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian languages is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- "Eksamineret Sikringsleder" / CFPA or similar certification is advantageous.

You will be part of our EMEA Sales team, collaborating closely with Nordic and European colleagues, and reporting to the Manager Nordic Sales.
