Erschaffe dich neu is seeking a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to lead and develop our high-ticket B2C sales team in the DACH region. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving both team performance and revenue growth in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of setters and closers within a setter-closer model.
- Provide direct call feedback and coaching to all team members.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to support development.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
- Set and enforce clear performance expectations.
- Optimize key metrics including closing rate, show-up rate, and cash collected.
- Design and implement effective follow-up processes.
- Structure event and launch sales strategies.
- Perform closing duties as needed for high-ticket B2C products with an average deal value of ~€6K and up to €15K.
- Assume full responsibility for team revenue and cash collected.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline, show-up rate, and follow-up rate.
- Provide comprehensive weekly reporting to management.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings, requiring travel readiness.
- Identify bottlenecks and directly implement solutions.
- Own and execute operational projects, such as CRM optimization, lead scoring with AI, building follow-up frameworks, conversion tracking, and creating performance dashboards.

- A proven track record in sales leadership and delivering performance.
- Experience leading SDR and Closer teams.
- Specific experience in the setter-closer sales model.
- Ability to analyze and present concrete sales metrics and results.

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly base salary: €3,000 – €5,000.
