ResMed is hiring an RCM Team Lead - Cash Posting to supervise the day-to-day functions of the cash posting team, ensuring client deposits and payments are posted accurately and timely. This is a remote, US-based role where you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our revenue cycle processes.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and motivation while supervising the day-to-day functions of the Cash Posting team.
- Train staff and monitor productivity to ensure tasks are completed within SLA requirements.
- Oversee performance management and development of team members, coaching for high output with minimal errors.
- Implement and ensure adherence to government and state regulations and company policies.
- Update Department SOPs, ensuring compliance, best practices, and proper formatting before publishing.
- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders as needed.
- Manage cases, ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients and internal departments.
- Conduct client onboarding calls and training to improve understanding of posting processes.
- Attend global department calls to provide education, training, and updates.
- Manage escalations and communicate directly with customer executives and management.
- Communicate with the Director of RCM to strategize, review client issues, and identify process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in the HME/DME industry.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in billing, collections, or cash posting.
- Hands-on experience using Brightree software.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and insurance websites.
- Understanding of general rules, guidelines, and methods for payor payments.
- Previous experience with insurance remittance posting for payments, denials, and correspondence.
- Experience using Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on identifying and implementing customer solutions.
- Effective communication skills with strong oral, written, and persuasive abilities.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple client databases.
- A quick learner, pleasant demeanor, and dedication to providing a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal supervision.
