About the Role

Lead European Sales Growth

As the Sales Manager, Europe, you will drive revenue expansion by building and leading a high-performing sales team across key markets. Reporting to the Head of Categories and Expansion (Europe), you will own the execution of a strategic sales plan that supports sellers of all sizes within core business categories.

Strategic Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and manage a scalable sales engine, translating targets into actionable plans across management levels
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align on revenue goals and execution
  • Mentor and develop sales talent, operating as a hands-on leader who balances coaching with direct contribution
  • Drive accountability across the full sales lifecycle using data, forecasting, and performance metrics

Market & Operational Excellence

  • Leverage insights from customer use cases and product capabilities to solve business challenges in both B2B and B2C contexts
  • Refine go-to-market strategies using real-time data to adjust pipelines, velocity, and booking forecasts
  • Apply deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, balancing supply and demand to optimize outcomes
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a focus on speed, adaptability, and integrity

Qualifications & Mindset

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in executive leadership roles
  • Proven success scaling sales teams in high-growth or startup settings, particularly in EMEA
  • Background in social commerce, two-sided marketplaces, or network-driven consumer businesses
  • Strong grasp of European market nuances and a passion for fashion, collectibles, or resale ecosystems
  • Curious, action-oriented, and focused on outcomes over recognition
