SIGNUM Warenwirtschaftssysteme GmbH is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our specialized ERP solutions within the bakery and confectionery trade. You will act as a key advisor, helping businesses modernize their operations through digital tools.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers from the bakery and confectionery trade.
- Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored ERP concepts for bakery operations.
- Advise decision-makers (e.g., owners, production managers, branch managers) on digitalization concerning inventory management, production planning, scheduling, and branch control.
- Present and demonstrate SIGNUM software solutions—on-site, online, or at trade fairs.
- Prepare quotes, calculations, and contract documents in coordination with sales management.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Consulting teams to plan and implement customer onboarding.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and trends in bakery software.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience or training in the bakery or confectionery trade.
- A successful sales track record in selling inventory management, POS, or ERP systems.
- Interest in IT, digitalization, and the optimization of business processes.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building relationships.
- Independent, structured work style and high self-motivation.
- Dedicated team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to travel for occasional customer meetings.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
