Drive market expansion for a leading advertising technology company in China by leading end-to-end sales initiatives and establishing strategic partnerships across the ecommerce landscape. You will take ownership of identifying high-potential opportunities, engaging decision-makers at brands and agencies, and guiding prospects through the complete sales journey—from initial outreach to contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in major ecommerce organizations across China and Hong Kong
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the regional business environment
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized proposals to prospective clients and media agencies
- Collaborate with technical and account teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and exceed growth targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline progress
- Enhance product and industry knowledge through ongoing training and team collaboration
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a university degree and demonstrate proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital advertising or tech. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential. Strong analytical thinking, negotiation ability, and communication skills are critical for success.
Preferred candidates will have existing connections within China’s ecommerce ecosystem, familiarity with programmatic advertising and the RTB model, and a track record of sales achievement in fast-paced environments.
